Lawrence McNutt - CEO

•  Lawrence McNutt is our founder and CEO, responsible for the overall vision of TEAMSOS, Lawrence's vison has brought 30 years of successful innovative technology to TEAMSOS.  Lawrence provides his clients with a hands-on, personalized approach. He facilitates a focus on processes and innovation that drive results for TEAMSOS customers.  Lawrence may surprise clients with his hands on approach by showing up as a tech to make sure things are going right for his clients. He believes even the CEO should get his hands dirty! Lawrence can be found at the speedway racetrack on most off days.  He races speedway motorcycles and New Zealand Side cars. 

Rob Thornton - CTO

• Rob has been with TEAMSOS for 24 years. As Chief Technology Officer  Rob, manages our technical team of architects  and engineers. He is our lead technology consultant and has helped clients overcome challenges for decades. Rob’s experience brings client ideas to life. He allows TEAMSOS to make truly customized, personal solutions tailored for our clients. Rob makes sure the team he works with keeps up with all industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix,  VMware, etc.)   

• When away from the office, he loves being with his family -      coaching softball, playing racquetball, riding his bike, and any type of  lake adventure. Rob Is truly  one of our many innovative Geeks .

Juanita Ellis - COO

•  Juanita Ellis  Chief Operations Officer  Juanita Ellis is our COO and brings nearly 3 decades of experience and has been with TEAMSOS for 17 years. She  is an integral part of ensuring that our Sales, Service and Administrative departments  operate efficiently through the development of successful business processes. This allows TEAMSOS to focus on customer  service.  Juanita also oversees  Finance and Accounting at TEAMSOS.  While Juanita may not interact with clients daily,  Juanita considers our clients the lifeline of our business and strives to change the status quo in a manner that cultivates employee success and customer success and satisfaction. When she’s not reeling in big ideas for the company, she usually spends time reeling in largemouth bass on the local lake! Juanita also enjoys spending time with her wife, children, and grandchildren.

Santosh Moore - Director of Customer support services

• Santosh serves as the Director of Customer Support Services and supervises our Tech Team  Santosh More is a 14 year veteran of TEAMSOS . In this role, Santosh focuses on providing Hands on service to customers Ensuring they are taken care of and ensuring that his team maintains a work-life balance. Santosh believes  happy employees are essential to keeping happy customers.   and he holds a Masters’ in Computer Engineering.  he enjoys teaching philosophy and learning about different cultures and their languages – – especially practicing and teaching Yoga philosophy and Asanas.

Paula Waldrop- supervisor of TEAMSOS Help Desk

•   Paula has been with TEAMSOS for over 3 years. She very talented in everything IT.  Paula is extremely detailed driven and organized. Paula is very Customer service oriented and makes sure that her team is always there to solve the challenges our help desk clients may have. Paula and her team are there 24/7 for our clients. TEAMSOS is very lucky to have such talent
