Lawrence McNutt - CEO

Lawrence McNutt is the founder and CEO of TEAM SOS and is responsible for the company’s overall vision. For more than 30 years, his innovative leadership has helped drive TEAM SOS’s success.

Lawrence provides clients with a hands-on, personalized approach while promoting the processes and innovation that deliver meaningful results. He may even surprise clients by showing up on-site as a technician to make sure everything is running smoothly. Lawrence believes that even the CEO should be willing to get his hands dirty!

On his days off, Lawrence can often be found at the racetrack, racing speedway motorcycles and New Zealand sidecars.

Rob Thornton - CTO

Rob has been with TEAM SOS for 24 years. As Chief Technology Officer, he manages our technical team of architects and engineers. He is our lead technology consultant and has helped clients overcome complex challenges for decades.

Rob’s experience helps bring our clients’ ideas to life, allowing TEAM SOS to create truly customized, personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs. He also ensures that his team maintains current industry certifications, including Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and many others.

When he is away from the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, coaching softball, playing racquetball, riding his bike, and taking part in just about any lake adventure. Rob is truly one of our many innovative geeks!

Juanita Ellis - COO

Juanita Ellis is our Chief Operations Officer, bringing nearly three decades of experience and 17 years of dedicated service to TEAM SOS. She plays an integral role in ensuring that our Sales, Service, and Administrative departments operate efficiently by developing and implementing successful business processes. Her leadership allows TEAM SOS to remain focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Juanita also oversees the company’s Finance and Accounting departments. Although she may not interact with clients every day, she considers them the lifeline of our business. She continually strives to challenge the status quo in ways that promote employee success, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

When she is not reeling in big ideas for the company, Juanita can often be found reeling in largemouth bass at a local lake. She also enjoys spending time with her wife, children, and grandchildren.

Santosh Moore - Director of Customer support services

Santosh serves as the Director of Customer Support Services and supervises our technical support team. A 14-year veteran of TEAM SOS, he focuses on providing hands-on service and ensuring that every customer receives the attention and support they need.

Santosh also works to maintain a healthy work-life balance for his team. He believes that happy employees are essential to creating happy customers.

Santosh holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys teaching philosophy and learning about different cultures and languages. He is especially passionate about practicing and teaching yoga philosophy and asanas.

Paula Waldrop- supervisor of TEAMSOS Help Desk

Paula has been an important member of TEAM SOS for more than three years, bringing a strong combination of technical expertise, organization, and dedication to customer service. She is highly detail-oriented and approaches every challenge with patience, professionalism, and a commitment to finding the right solution.

Paula works closely with her team to ensure that our help desk clients receive responsive, dependable support whenever they need it. Whether she is coordinating priorities, solving a technical issue, or helping a client through a difficult situation, she remains focused on making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Under Paula’s leadership, our help desk team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing clients with the confidence that someone is always there to help. Her reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to both her team and our customers make her a valued part of TEAM SOS. We are incredibly fortunate to have her talent and dedication on our team.

 Neal Morgan – Account Manager & Systems Consultant

Neal is the kind of person customers ask for by name—and for good reason! As an Account Manager and Systems Consultant at TEAM SOS, Neal believes the best solutions begin with a genuine conversation. He takes the time to listen, understand how each customer’s organization operates, and identify technology solutions that make their work easier—not more complicated.

Known for his warmth, sense of humor, and genuine concern for the people he serves, Neal has a special way of making even the most complicated technology feel approachable. Whether he is helping a longtime customer, welcoming someone new to TEAM SOS, or collaborating with our technical team, he brings patience, honesty, and a can-do attitude to every conversation.

Neal does not simply manage accounts—he builds lasting relationships. That is why our customers love working with him, our team values him, and we are incredibly proud to have him as part of TEAM SOS!

 Troy Fiala - Vice President of Services 

As Vice President of Services, Troy brings extensive experience from several Fortune 500 companies, where he successfully led teams and organizations across account management, business development, customer service, operations, and sales. Throughout his career, Troy has built a reputation for driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and creating strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. As a former Division I college athlete, he brings the same competitive mindset, discipline, and determination to his professional leadership. He challenges his teams, companies, and clients to raise the bar, embrace accountability, and pursue winning outcomes.

His leadership philosophy is simple: set high expectations, build great teams, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and never stop striving for the next level—because winning is fun!

Troy is a dedicated professional and family man who values making the most of life both inside and outside the office. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially supporting his daughter as she competes in figure skating competitions.

In his free time, Troy enjoys cruising and traveling to tropical destinations with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and serving his community through his church. As an active church leader, Troy leads several mission trips each year and is passionate about mentoring young people.

His commitment to family, faith, service, and personal growth reflects the same values he brings to his professional life.
